At Ash & Ember Massage and Wellness, we specialize in treating injuries sustained from auto accidents. We believe that accessing quality care after an accident should be simple and stress-free. By accepting these claims, we help remove financial and logistical barriers, allowing our clients to focus on healing and getting back to feeling their best.
What we need to get started:
- Name and DOB
- Date of accident
- Claim adjuster’s name and phone number
- Doctors referral

HSA & FSA
We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards for massage therapy services. However, it’s important to note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet requirements for reimbursement, which may include a doctor’s referral or a letter of medical necessity. We recommend checking with your plan in advance to ensure your expenses are eligible.
Health Insurance Billing
Ash & Ember Massage and Wellness is currently in the process of becoming credentialed with several health insurance companies. Currently, we do not accept insurance billing. Once credentialing is complete, we will begin offering billing for eligible clients.
